Eruption has begun in Iceland between the major volcano Katla and Eyjafjallajokul. This is located near a popular hike and long distance jogging trail Laugavegur named after Reykjaviks main shopping street. There is no danger, especially as this eruption is NOT under the nearby glaciers. Precautionary safety measures have been taken though. Now is the time to visit Iceland. We can hopefully organize spa tours where you may be able to see the volcano glow while relaxing in the night.
